How to Order

 Orders are accepted through our website or by calling us at 800-466-1849.

 Ordering with Purchase Orders

 We accept purchase orders from schools, government institutions, and companies who have applied and been accepted for a Corporate Account. We do not accept purchase orders from companies outside of the United States. 

 Domestic Shipping

 Orders Placed on our website before 4:00pm EST can usually be shipped the same day. We offer a variety of shipping methods including UPS and the United States Postal Service (USPS). Flat Rate shipping costs are for ground shipments only. Air shipments can be billed to customers accounts or they will be prepaid and added to the order.

About Customs, Duties & Taxes

When ordering from, you're responsible for assuring the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country.

The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; Rontech USA has no control over these charges, nor can Rontech USA predict what they may be. 

Customs offices in some countries may require the importer of record to provide identification before releasing the shipment. 

Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. 

About Freight Forwarders and Hand Carry

Using a freight forwarder to ship or hand-carrying items internationally may result in complications not covered by Rontech USA.

If a freight forwarder or hand-carrying is used, Rontech USA won't be responsible for damage, defect, material difference, or loss that occurs to goods after they're delivered to you or a freight forwarder. This means that Rontech USA isn't able to provide a replacement of, or refund for, any such goods delivered to you or a freight forwarder. You should refuse goods that arrive damaged and instruct freight forwarders to do the same, and goods lost after being received by you or the freight forwarder will be your responsibility.

Terms & Conditions

Each item in your order is sold by Rontech USA, Inc.

Those items for shipment to countries outside of the U.S. may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country ("Import Fees"). The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees, the clearance of merchandise, and the process and remittal of the actual Import Fees for such items.

To obtain details regarding the Actual Import Fees, or to obtain documentation or receipts in connection with customs clearance, you may contact the Designated Carrier specified in your shipment confirmation.

These terms and conditions are in addition to the standard Terms of Service of the Rontech USA website. Pursuant to those terms, title and risk of loss for the items transfer to the recipient upon delivery to the common carrier in the United States.


For products shipped internationally, please note that any manufacturer warranty may not be valid; manufacturer service options may not be available; product manuals, instructions and safety warnings may not be in destination country languages; and the products (and accompanying materials) may not be designed in accordance with destination country standards, specifications, and labeling requirements. You are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. When ordering from, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.


Your privacy is important to us, and we know that you care about how information about your order is used and shared. We would like our international customers and customers shipping products internationally to be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs and/or postal authorities.

Also, we may provide certain order, shipment, and product information, such as titles, to our international carriers, and such information may be communicated by the carriers to customs and/or postal authorities in order to facilitate customs clearance and comply with local laws.

If the order is a gift, be aware that the cost of the item is still stated on the customs form.

Customs authorities require the value of the gift item to be stated directly on the package.

 Returned Goods

 Returns must comply with the return procedure set forth below, and all returned items must be in new condition, including the original box, packaging, manuals and accessories within 15 days.

 In the event goods supplied by Rontech USA, Inc. are considered defective and/or non-conforming by the customer, Rontech USA must be notified within thirty days. Rontech USA can then issue a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number. We do not accept any returned goods without an RMA number. Unless instructed otherwise, refusal of shipment when a package is delivered does not constitute a request for an RMA. Once an RMA has been issued, the customer has fourteen days to return the package to Rontech USA. When the item(s) have been received, the customer can expect a credit onto their card, or a revised invoice in the case of Corporate Accounts, within fourteen days. Rontech USA does not issue store credit.

 For items Rontech USA proves defective upon receipt, errors in shipment, or exchange returns, no restock fee is charged. In all other cases, returns may be subject to a 30% restock fee at our discretion.

 We reserve the right to inspect all defective and returned merchandise before an exchange or credit will be made. If we made a "good faith" no charge exchange and you do not ship back the defective item within 10 days, you will be charged for the original and the replacement item.

 Rontech USA can credit shipping costs only in the event of a mistake on our end in shipping. If you are shipping something back to us as a return/exchange you pay for return shipping. We do not have a "free return shipping" policy. We are not responsible for items that do not get back to us. We strongly suggest that you ship your package in a way that allows you to track the shipment and receive proof of delivery.

 Due to our inability to resell returned custom cables, we cannot accept returns on custom or special-order items.

 Missing Items

 If parts from your order are missing then you have to notify Rontech USA within 7 days of receiving your order for us to verify our stock and ship out missing parts.


  All products are warranted free from defects in material and workmanship for one year from date of purchase. Warranty does not apply to misuse, abuse, neglect, accident, improper use, etc.


 Rontech USA normally accepts payment by Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal. We do not normally accept COD payment.  Payment is due in full as stated on the invoice. For purchase orders, late fees of 2.5% of the unpaid balance will be charged on delinquent accounts commencing after the first billing cycle from the date of the invoice if Rontech USA, Inc. deems the situation requires such action. Any costs of collections, including attorney fees, will be added to invoice. For international orders, we accept payment by credit card or wire transfer. Rontech USA charges a $16.00 wire transfer fee for each transaction of this sort. Rontech USA cannot ship international orders without prepayment.

 Customer Privacy

 Rontech USA does not rent, sell or otherwise forward your name to other companies. We collect only the information necessary to keep the customer well-informed of the status of his or her order. For further information, please see our Privacy Policy.

 In Case of Fraud

 In the interest of preventing Internet fraud, Rontech USA reserves the right to refuse any order whose billing address does not match the address on the credit card, or is in any other way suspicious. Rontech USA reports all fraudulent orders.

 Sample Merchandise

 In the event that your company requires a sample, we can process an order for one or two items, with payment from the customer. When the customer then places their subsequent order, the amount of the sample can be deducted from the said order.

 Prices and Specifications

 Prices, specifications, and availability of products are subject to change without notice. Due to the changing nature of the computer market, and because of the technical differences in the equipment of our customers, product descriptions may not reflect current technical information, and we cannot be responsible for photographic differences in product size, shape and color.

 Verification of Order

Rontech USA orders generate an automatic confirmation e-mail, but the receipt of a confirmation only means that we have received your order, and does not constitute an offer to sell. We may change our pricing, product description or specifications after any confirmation e-mail, but prior to shipment, due to errors, changing market conditions, product discontinuation or unavailability, typographical errors, or any other reason. While it is the customer's responsibility to cancel their own orders, we reserve the right to limit the quantity of any item sold, or prohibit a sale altogether.
